Description
The role monitors and manages enterprise batch job streams, including CA Autosys or similar schedulers, file transfers, connectivity issues, SLAs, incidents, root-cause analysis, change management, and client or vendor communications. It requires 3+ years of professional experience in batch operations, production support, or a related function, with wealth management or financial services experience preferred, and offers rotating weekend on-call support and occasional weekend project work.
