Allocate is hiring a Data Operations Manager to own the company’s fund and entity data system across all product lines. The role covers data quality, completeness, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, extraction quality, documentation, and exception workflows, with a focus on fixing underlying causes rather than clearing queues. It requires at least three years of relevant experience, basic SQL, hands-on reconciliation, data quality and validation experience, and a process-improvement mindset; SQL, Python, entity resolution, data modeling, private markets, prompt engineering, and BI tools are preferred. The position offers a $95,000–$135,000 base salary plus potential discretionary bonus and equity, along with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and vacation benefits.
