Dialogue is hiring a Senior Data Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain a scalable data platform covering ingestion, transformation, modeling, quality, observability, AI-assisted workflows, CI/CD, infrastructure, Snowflake, and BI tool management. The role collaborates with data, analytics, product, sales, operations, finance, and vendor teams, supports self-service data product development, and provides shared technical leadership. Candidates need at least three years of production data-systems experience, strong Snowflake and dbt expertise, Airflow, SQL, Python, Terraform, and CI/CD experience.
