Description
Helcim is hiring a Senior Data Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and evolution of its data platform, including MLOps and AI infrastructure, scalable data pipelines, governance, observability, and real-time modeling. The role involves translating complex technical problems into milestones, influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, and mitigating platform risks. It requires at least six years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, data platform development, or a similar role, along with production pipeline, deployment, cross-functional, project-leadership, and mentoring experience. The position is permanent and hybrid, with in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and remote work on Tuesday and Thursday.
