Description
Lusha is hiring a Senior Data Platform Engineer to own and operate its shared data infrastructure, including Databricks, Confluent Kafka and CDC pipelines, Airflow, Elasticsearch, databases, S3, and Kubernetes. The role focuses on building reliable, performant, governed, and cost-efficient batch and streaming data pipelines, automating manual processes, and setting engineering standards. It requires extensive production data-pipeline experience, deep Spark and Databricks expertise, strong Python and SQL skills, infrastructure knowledge across AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes, and daily use of AI coding tools with LLM and agent tooling. The position is based in Tel Aviv with a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office.
