Description
The Platform Engineer will build, secure, and automate an enterprise data platform on cloud and Databricks. Responsibilities include maintaining Databricks workspaces and cloud infrastructure, supporting data replication and ingestion, managing job scheduling and orchestration, building GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and providing monitoring, alerting, incident support, and compliance reporting. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least four years of experience in data engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps, and proficiency with Python, Bash/Shell scripting, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and Databricks.
