Chartis is hiring a Senior Data Platform Engineer to build, scale, and operate the firm’s data platform infrastructure supporting healthcare consulting, internal analytics, and productized offerings. The role focuses on Airflow or Dagster orchestration, DataHub metadata management, observability, data lifecycle and governance, HIPAA-compliant ingestion and storage, Terraform and Azure infrastructure, Snowflake and dbt, and performance and cost optimization. It requires 7+ years of platform or data engineering experience, a technology-related bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience with modern data tools; remote work is allowed. The salary range is $185,000–$215,000 plus a possible annual discretionary bonus, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability, life, retirement, paid time off, and wellness benefits.
