Description
Citi is hiring a full-time Privacy Operations Analyst to coordinate and execute individual rights requests under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy frameworks. The role manages request intake, validation, identity verification, data retrieval, redaction, tracking, audit records, regulatory inquiries, and process improvements, while collaborating with legal, technology, privacy, and information security teams. Candidates need extensive privacy operations, compliance, or information governance experience, strong knowledge of data protection regulations, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or CIPM certifications are preferred.
