The role involves troubleshooting infrastructure and product issues, installing and configuring hardware, software, backup agents, and cloud or private-cloud environments, performing data migrations, maintaining customer accounts, and architecting software solutions and enhancements. Candidates need a relevant engineering or computer application degree, at least 9 years of relevant experience, and strong networking, storage, Linux, TCP/IP, backup, recovery, and cloud skills.
