The position oversees complaint and servicing data systems and reporting frameworks, cleanses and validates data, develops automated extraction tools, analyzes datasets with statistical methods, and creates dashboards and visualizations to support business decisions. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, along with experience in data analytics, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical industries. A bachelor's degree in an analytical or research field and at least five years of data analytics experience are required, with a minimum of two years in a senior analytical role.
