MindBridge is hiring a Senior Data Science Engineer for its Success Engineering team to provide applied data science expertise for customer-facing model and ensemble configuration. The role evaluates whether existing control points and ensembles can meet customer needs, defines data requirements, recommends feasible configurations, explains model behavior to finance, audit, and compliance stakeholders, diagnoses post-launch underperformance, and escalates product-capability gaps. It requires 5+ years of applied data science or analytics engineering experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and direct experience with enterprise customers; the position offers hybrid or remote work and a base salary of $130,000 to $155,000.
