Booksy is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join its Data & Analytics team and build machine learning powered features for a global, fully remote, customer-facing marketplace and app experience. The role owns end-to-end delivery of data science solutions from problem shaping and modeling through experimentation, deployment, and monitoring, with work spanning search and ranking, recommendations, segmentation, lifecycle modeling, lead scoring, personalization, pipelines, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Pricing. Strong Python, SQL, cloud, and stakeholder communication skills are required, and experience with NLP, LLMs, and real-time systems is a plus.
