Booksy is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join its Data & Analytics team and build machine learning powered features for its customer app and marketplace experience. The role is focused on end-to-end ownership of customer-facing data science work, including search and ranking, recommendations, segmentation, lifecycle modelling, lead scoring, and personalization, with responsibilities spanning problem framing, modelling, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Pricing. The position is fully remote, requires strong Python, SQL, cloud and communication skills, and values experience with NLP, LLMs, and real-time systems.
