Doximity is hiring for a full-time data science role focused on leveraging its large healthcare datasets to optimize, tune, and evaluate AI products for medical professionals. The position involves creating product and client-facing analytics, shaping data team strategy with product leaders, and leading data projects end to end from ingestion through analysis and recommendations. Candidates need at least 5 years of experience with complex, high-volume datasets, advanced statistics, strong machine learning and LLM fine-tuning knowledge, expert SQL and Python, distributed data processing experience, and strong visualization/storytelling skills.
