Grab is hiring a Senior Growth Data Scientist specializing in CRM programs in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role combines CRM analytics, machine learning, experimentation, predictive modeling, customer lifecycle analysis, and AI-powered automation using LLMs and Generative AI to improve customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and segmentation. The scientist will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams and report to a Manager in Singapore. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of data science experience, strong programming and statistical skills, CRM familiarity, and experience with A/B testing and scalable data products.
