Justworks is hiring a Senior Data Scientist for its Machine Learning group within the Data & Analytics team. The role partners with Product and Engineering to identify and scope data science use cases, especially in Risk & Insurance and Payments, and leads end-to-end projects from data discovery and analysis through model prototyping, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. The position requires extensive experience with predictive modeling, SQL, Python, cloud data stacks, and productionizing models, with a base salary of $166,000-$214,000 per year for the New York City office and a hybrid work arrangement.
