DNA is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to own the full lifecycle of high-impact AI/ML solutions across underwriting, claims, operations, and finance. The role combines advanced machine learning, software engineering, data science, and strategic innovation, including production ML systems, generative AI and LLM solutions, scalable pipelines, causal and Bayesian analysis, and model governance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, 3–5+ years of applied machine learning, data science, or AI engineering experience, and hands-on expertise in Python, ML engineering, LLMs, SQL, cloud platforms, and software engineering. The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$200,000, a discretionary bonus, and health, dental, vision, and other benefits; visa sponsorship is not offered.
