Description
The employer is seeking a senior data scientist to lead advanced analytics and machine learning solutions for a large-scale insurance transformation program. The role owns model development, feature engineering, production readiness, MLOps, governance, and explainability while coordinating with offshore teams and serving as a client-facing data scientist. It requires 5–8 years of advanced analytics or data science experience, end-to-end production ML delivery experience, and strong Python, statistical modeling, SQL, and large-scale dataset skills; insurance domain experience is strongly preferred.
