GoTo Group is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to build and improve multilingual large language models for Bahasa Indonesia and regional languages. The role focuses on data annotation, validation, dataset quality, model pre-training, fine-tuning, alignment, and collaboration with product and engineering teams to ship safe, reliable AI features. Candidates need at least four years of experience in LLM, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or voice; production deployment experience; Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow proficiency; cloud platform experience; strong communication and documentation skills; and a master’s or PhD in a relevant field. Bahasa Indonesia understanding is advantageous, and the role is hybrid.
