HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Data Scientist in Warsaw to build and operate reinforcement learning and machine learning models for customer communication and funnel personalization. The role focuses on contextual bandits, decisioning logic, intelligent landing-page routing, AI-assisted content and search, experimentation, production monitoring, and collaboration with engineering, CRM, marketing analytics, and platform partners. Candidates need at least five years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related quantitative field, along with Python, modern ML-stack, personalization, experimentation, causal inference, and customer-behavior experience.
