Description
The AI Solution Delivery team is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to architect, build, and deploy production-grade NLP models for customer support automation. The role owns the machine learning lifecycle from research and hypothesis testing through production deployment and maintenance, including scalable data pipelines, model integration, monitoring, and continuous improvement. It requires five years of data science or machine learning experience focused on NLP, strong Python and machine learning expertise, MLOps and production systems experience, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
