IPG is hiring a Senior Data Scientist for its Research and Development department to apply advanced data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning to bio-polymer, sustainable-materials, experimental, formulation, and process data. The role partners with polymer scientists, chemists, and engineers to develop predictive models, optimize materials and processes, design experiments, build reproducible data workflows, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position can be based in Marysville, Michigan, or work remotely with some travel as needed.
