Molina Healthcare is hiring a senior data scientist to provide senior-level support for data science activities in healthcare. The role involves data and error analysis, model improvement, data cleaning and validation, statistical and machine learning experiments, development and deployment of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions, generative AI initiatives, production monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and delivery of analytical projects. Candidates need at least six years of data science experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong programming and statistical skills, experience with machine learning frameworks and databases, and familiarity with agentic workflows, RAG, and model fine-tuning.
