Murmuration is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead full-stack data science projects, including predictive modeling, campaign data models, entity resolution, machine learning pipelines, and data visualization. The role involves developing voter-file and campaign data models, collaborating with engineering, product, and research teams, applying emerging AI technologies, and mentoring junior data scientists. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in an equivalent role producing models and analytics for business applications
Experience building and deploying machine learning models
Experience with data engineering and data pipelines
Experience working with voter file data and campaign data science
Preferred Qualifications: Domain expertise in organizing and advocacy
Familiarity with dbt and Dagster
Experience with polling methodologies, survey analysis, and MRP modeling
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative or computer science field
