NXP is hiring a Data Scientist for its Hardware Design Analytics team to improve the speed and cost efficiency of new product introductions through data-driven R&D analytics. The role involves stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, dashboard and report development, machine learning and AI model development, data engineering support, and automation using Python, SQL, visualization tools, ML frameworks, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of Data Scientist experience, preferably in a complex IT or R&D environment.
