Rho is hiring a Senior Data Scientist for its data products team to shape modeling, evaluation, and machine learning infrastructure. The role combines building high-impact models for transaction coding, OCR/document understanding, and RAG or agentic systems with owning model deployment, monitoring, retraining, evaluation frameworks, and infrastructure decisions. It requires 6+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or a related quantitative field, strong Python and SQL skills, and hands-on experience with ML infrastructure and production model practices.
