Smadex is hiring a full-time Senior Data Scientist in Barcelona to shape the strategy and experimentation of its mobile advertising platform. The role owns analytical loops, A/B and multivariate testing, performance frameworks, reproducible data models, data visualization, and cross-functional insights for engineering, product, and business teams. Candidates need 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Product Analyst, a quantitative degree, advanced Python and SQL, experience with large datasets and cloud data warehouses, and strong statistical and communication skills.
