Spring Health is hiring a Senior Data Scientist for its Advanced Analytics team within the Care group. The role leads analytical strategy and rapid experimentation to improve engagement, member and provider workflow efficiency, care coordination, and health outcomes across Spring Practice. Responsibilities include predictive modeling, feature engineering, quasi-experimental analysis, SQL and Python development, data visualization, and collaboration with product, design, engineering, and analytic teams. The position is full-time and remote, with occasional travel, and requires at least five years of professional data science experience.
