Description
Tibber is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead the company’s machine learning platform and build production-grade forecasting, optimization, and personalization models for energy products such as Smart Charging and dynamic pricing. The role owns model registries, versioning, monitoring, drift detection, automated retraining, CI/CD, and end-to-end delivery, while also improving decision-quality metrics and mentoring senior peers. Candidates should have prior experience building production ML platforms, strong Python and cloud ML infrastructure skills, expertise in at least one production ML domain, and familiarity with LLM and agentic AI tools; energy time-series, smart charging, or grid optimization experience is a bonus.
