Description
Traba is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join its founding Agents team and lead measurement, modeling, evaluation, experimentation, and analytics for its agentic platform from 0→1. The role owns agent quality, reliability, adoption, unit economics, failure modes, tool-use patterns, cost, and latency; partners with engineering, product, and operations; and mentors scientists and analysts. It requires 4–8 years of relevant data science experience, including at least 2 years modeling or measuring LLM- or agent-based systems in production, along with Python, SQL, experimental design, causal methods, and LLM evaluation skills. The position is onsite in New York City five days per week and offers a salary range of $180,000–$215,000 plus equity and health, dental, and vision coverage.
