BIP AI LAB is hiring a Senior Data Scientist in Bari on a hybrid basis. The role leads end-to-end machine learning and deep learning solutions, including statistical problem definition, modeling, evaluation, deployment, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and productionization with MLOps teams. It also involves advanced statistical analysis, responsible and explainable AI, technical mentoring, and translating complex business problems into statistical formulations. Candidates need 3 to 6 years of experience in data science or machine learning research, strong Python and statistical and ML/DL knowledge, and production and MLOps experience. The salary is €34,000 to €48,000 gross per year.
