Truelogic is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join a client’s core AI team and build, curate, evaluate, and optimize NLP and transformer-based models for AI security. The role focuses on detecting sensitive-data exposure, unsafe content, adversarial prompts, and other risks; developing synthetic datasets; training and fine-tuning models; building NER and text-classification systems; designing evaluation pipelines; and deploying optimized inference workflows. The position requires at least four years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a closely related role, strong Python and NLP skills, and familiarity with AI security concepts. It is fully remote and offers USD compensation, paid time off, and autonomy.
