Description
Satalia is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end machine learning projects across agentic pipelines, fine-tuned foundation models, retrieval-augmented generation, and classical machine learning systems. The role owns problem scoping, model selection, training and evaluation infrastructure, production inference services, deployment, monitoring, technical direction, and mentoring junior scientists. It requires at least five years of experience shipping ML models to production, deep expertise in one or more relevant AI domains, hands-on LLM fine-tuning or system-building experience, strong software engineering practices, and clear communication. The position is fully remote in Greece with healthcare benefits and flexible working hours.
