Shakepay is hiring a Principal Data Scientist, Growth to partner with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on growth analytics, experimentation, KPI design, forecasting, causal inference, machine learning, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making. The role requires 5+ years of experience in data science, growth analytics, experimentation, or related areas, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with modern data stacks and analytics platforms. It is remote-friendly across Canada, with optional access to offices in Montreal and Toronto, and offers a base salary of $150,000-$200,000 CAD plus equity and benefits.
