Ford is hiring a Data Mesh Strategy & Architecture Lead to design and evolve a federated data mesh across manufacturing and enterprise domains. The role owns data product standards, ingestion and publishing pipelines, data models, semantic layers, cloud-native architecture, governance, compliance, observability, and data quality. It requires a master’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 5 years of data architecture or data engineering experience, 15+ years leading technical teams, and hands-on expertise with GCP, data mesh, SQL, Python, and related technologies. The position is leadership level 6 and pays $132,800-$250,800; visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available.
