InPost is hiring an Operations Data Scientist for its Operations Data Science Team to solve large-scale logistics problems. The role focuses on designing routing and allocation algorithms, solving vehicle-route optimization problems, applying graph-based methods, clustering, regression, and forecasting, and shipping production models that improve delivery speed, cost efficiency, and customer experience. Candidates need at least three years of data science or machine learning experience, strong Python skills, experience with large datasets, and a solid understanding of machine learning methods; optimization, graph methods, production-scale models, PySpark, cloud platforms, and ML Ops are advantageous. The position offers a B2B-type contract and flexible hours.
