Bloomreach is hiring a Data Scientist for its Artificial Intelligence team to turn vague business questions into measurable models and experiments. The role focuses on behavioural data at scale, predictive modelling, contextual personalization, churn, bandits, autosegmentation, uplift, and incrementality, with strong emphasis on evaluation, A/B design, and clean handoffs to ML Engineering. Candidates need 5+ years of production ML experience, strong Python and SQL, classical machine-learning knowledge, cloud-platform familiarity, and a quantitative degree or equivalent practical depth. The position is based in Bratislava, Prague, or Brno, with flexibility to work from anywhere in Central and Eastern Europe, and offers a base salary of 1,470,000–1,830,000 CZK.
