Bloomreach is hiring a Data Scientist for its Artificial Intelligence team to turn vague business questions into measurable models and experiments. The role focuses on behavioural data at scale, predictive modelling, contextual personalization, churn, bandits, autosegmentation, uplift, and incrementality, with strong emphasis on evaluation, A/B design, and clean handoffs to ML Engineering. Candidates need 5+ years of production ML experience, strong Python and SQL, classical machine learning, experiment design, cloud data-platform experience, and a quantitative degree or equivalent practical depth. The position is based in Central and Eastern Europe, with virtual work from anywhere in the region or full-time work in Bratislava, Slovakia, or Brno, Prague, Czechia, and offers a base salary of €50,290–€62,900.
