Description
Digica is hiring an experienced Data Scientist and Technical Lead to design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence models for research and development projects. The role covers predictive, classification, LLM, recommendation, and other models; algorithm selection; production integration; data cleaning, feature engineering, and model validation; solution architecture; mentoring; and stakeholder presentations. Candidates need 6–8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years as a Data Scientist, strong Python skills, production ML deployment experience, and expertise in at least one domain such as computer vision, large language models, or time series analysis. The position offers a hybrid model with three office days per week and remote work on remaining days.
