The Senior Data Scientist - Protein Structure ML models will build, adapt, and validate machine learning models that predict protein function from structure, with a focus on antibodies and antibody-like molecules. The role develops integrated protein design workflows combining structure prediction, structure generation, and inverse-folding models; partners with wet-lab scientists to guide assay design and data collection; and establishes benchmarks and validation practices for antibody binding models. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or a master’s degree and 4+ years of experience, or a PhD, along with strong Python, deep learning, protein structure modeling, and scientific collaboration skills.
