Boston Scientific is hiring a Data Standards Analyst in Arden Hills, Minnesota, to establish, maintain, and govern enterprise data standards across medical device product, regulatory, supplier, customer, manufacturing, and operational data. The role partners with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and business stakeholders to define data models, business rules, naming conventions, and governance processes; supports compliance with FDA, MDR/IVDR, ISO 13485, UDI, and other global requirements; and provides guidance to data stewards and business users. The position follows a hybrid model requiring at least three days per week in the local office and does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
