TEHORA is hiring a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to analyze, diagnose, optimize, govern, and improve Microsoft SQL Server environments. The role covers query and execution-plan analysis, indexing, performance, security, availability, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring, capacity management, incident management, governance, and knowledge transfer. Candidates need a relevant university degree, at least five years of Microsoft SQL Server administration and optimization experience, strong SQL and database-governance expertise, and excellent French communication skills. The position is remote from Montreal with occasional on-site presence as needed.
