TEHORA is hiring a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to analyze, diagnose, optimize, govern, and improve Microsoft SQL Server environments. The role covers query and execution-plan analysis, indexing, performance, security, availability, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring, capacity management, incident management, governance, and knowledge transfer. Candidates need a relevant university degree, at least five years of Microsoft SQL Server administration and optimization experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and excellent French proficiency. The position is remote from Montreal with occasional on-site presence as needed.
