Description
The Backend and Database Engineer will lead the evolution of a heterogeneous data persistence layer, designing a Repository/Unit-of-Work abstraction and standardized interface for PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB. The role owns the Core Data Library, optimizes queries and CQRS/read-model patterns, automates database maintenance in Kubernetes, and implements circuit-breaker and horizontal-scaling strategies. It requires extensive persistence, abstraction, cloud-native data operations, performance-tuning, and a master's degree or equivalent in computer science.
