B&A is hiring a Senior Database Architect to support the Defense Health Agency’s Care and Benefits Integrated Systems Program Management Office. The role owns the design, implementation, and sustainment of SQL Server databases supporting the EIM platform and Military Health System workflows, including migrations, ETL, performance tuning, reporting, backups, failover, security patches, and data models. It is a full-time key personnel position based in the National Capital Region, with the ability to reach the Government site in Falls Church, Virginia within two hours contingent on contract award. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience and at least ten years of database administration and architecture experience with SQL Server, or twelve years without a bachelor’s degree.
