Description
Surescripts is hiring a Senior Database Engineer to design, implement, optimize, and operate secure, highly available, and scalable relational and NoSQL database platforms. The role owns database schemas, indexes, partitions, query performance, replication, backups, infrastructure-as-code provisioning, automated schema management, failover, disaster recovery, and database product research. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of experience with large database environments, and experience with PostgreSQL-compatible engines, SQL, automation tools, and public-cloud databases. The position is remote under a flexible hybrid work model and offers a base salary of $133,000 to $162,600 per year.
