Description
CloudLinux / TuxCare is hiring a Senior Database Reliability Engineer for its remote-first Infrastructure DBA cell. The role owns production PostgreSQL reliability and supports ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis, with responsibilities spanning high availability, replication, failover, upgrades, backups and PITR, restore testing, disaster recovery, incident response, observability, and automation. The engineer will use Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, scripting, Grafana, metrics, logs, SLOs, and Opsgenie to automate DBA workflows and build DBaaS-style self-service capabilities. The position is fully remote worldwide with flexible hours and requires deep production PostgreSQL experience, typically 5+ years or equivalent depth, strong Linux and infrastructure fundamentals, and upper-intermediate or higher English.
