Description
Sezzle is hiring a Senior Database Reliability Engineer to design, build, and scale shared database platform components across its applications. The role combines database engineering, software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and platform thinking to improve connection management, migrations, query performance, observability, security, backups, failover, and developer self-service. It requires 6+ years of relevant experience, strong relational-database and AWS RDS/Aurora expertise, production-quality tooling, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. The position is full-time and remote, with compensation of $5,000–$9,500 USD per month gross.
