Description
Trumid is hiring a Postgres SRE to own the durability, recoverability, performance, observability, and data lifecycle of its production Postgres/RDS fleet supporting a live trading venue. The role covers replication, failover, backup and restore, storage behavior, lock and WAL contention, bloat, index hygiene, encryption, access control, retention, and disaster-recovery drills. Candidates need at least five years of production PostgreSQL experience at meaningful scale, infrastructure and scripting skills, and an SRE mindset. The position offers fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage and a New York City base salary of $225,000–$265,000.
