Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Senior Databricks Platform Engineer for a 06+ month contract with long-term potential in Seattle, Washington, on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on designing and building Databricks platform capabilities, reusable data products, self-service capabilities, data pipelines, integration frameworks, data quality, lineage, monitoring, and research-to-production delivery. Candidates need financial-domain and quantitative-research experience, 8+ years of platform and data solutions experience, Databricks, Python, SQL, API development, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, data governance, Airflow, and AI-agent experience. The pay range is $60-$62 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid sick leave benefits.
